CORE TESTS

20M SPRINT

Measures acceleration and early sprint speed. Useful for sports where players need to explode into space, chase, press, defend or break away.

10M FLY

Measures maximum velocity. Athletes build up speed before being timed through a 10m zone, giving a clearer picture of top-end speed.

VERTICAL JUMP

Measures lower-body power and explosiveness. Useful for jumping, sprinting, change of direction and general athletic development.

STANDING LONG JUMP

Measures horizontal power and force production. Useful for understanding how well athletes can project force forwards.
